<p>A rail clip insulator including a front portion (1) bearing against the rail foot, a base (2) fitted into a corresponding seat in the rail sleeper, an upper portion (3) supporting the clip and having a means (36) for engaging the back end of said clip and a central through-hole (34) for an anchoring member, as well as a rear portion (4) provided with a locking surface (40) engaging the rear wall of the sleeper seat. The upper portion (3) comprises a central recess (33) with a bottom wall (330) facing downwards and rearwards, said recess being flanked on either side by two symmetrical reinforcing ribs (31, 32), and at the back by the clip engaging means (36).</p> |
