PURPOSE: An apparatus for winding a surface paper of a paper pipe is provided to easily carry out the winding of the surface paper at the paper pipe by varying the rotational speed of a roller. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for winding a surface paper(13) of a paper pipe(9) comprises a motor assembly installed to a housing(1); a pair of lower rollers(3) rotatably mounted to an upper part of the housing and connected to the motor assembly to load the surface paper in rotation, wherein the paper pipe is laid on the upper part of the housing; an upper roller(5) which is liftably mounted to the housing and winds by pressing the surface paper, loaded by the lower roller in descending, to an outer surface of the paper pipe; a control part variably control the rotation speed of the lower roller by controlling the motor assembly so that controlling the loading speed of the surface paper; a supply guide(11) mounted to a side of the housing to supply the paper pipe to the lower roller in serial order; and a surface paper guide(15) mounted to the other side of the housing to supply the surface paper between the lower roller and the paper pipe in serial order. |
