PURPOSE: A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) panel is provided to prevent the influence of static electricity in a display region, thereby reducing the product inferiority due to the static electricity, by forming a static electricity prevention circuit connected to a test pad. CONSTITUTION: A TFT panel has a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region. There are a plurality of cell regions in the display region, wherein the cell regions are designated by crossing gate lines(121) with data lines(171). There are a plurality of test pads(122) and a plurality of static electricity prevention circuits(902) in the peripheral region. The gate lines or the data lines are tested by the test pads. Each of the static electricity prevention circuits is connected to each of the gate lines or the data lines.
