PURPOSE: A preparation method of an adhesive film for dry adhesion is provided to conduct adhesion of the adhesive film to a MDF or a plastic panel by using only heat and pressure, thereby reducing the time for adhesion work and production cost, simplifying the process and being environmentally friendly, due to elimination of the use of a transfer film or a high strength adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of an adhesive film for dry adhesion comprises: (a) a protective film layer(3) of PET with high elasticity; (b) a specially treated corona layer(2), which is coated onto both sides of the film to prevent release of a printed layer; (c) an ink layer (4), which is coated onto the corona layer, wherein the ink is specially prepared by mixing a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polyurethane resin and a maleic acid resin and color pigments with stirring, while adding and stirring additives such as a stabilizing agent or a catalyst with a solvent; (d) an adhesive layer(5) which is coated onto either of the corona layer and the ink layer, prepared by mixing a polyvinyl chloride resin, an acrylic resin, a maleic acid resin and additives such as a catalytic agent together with a solvent; (e) a top coat layer(1), which is coated on either of the corona layer or the ink layer, wherein the top coat layer is prepared from a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polyurethane resin, silica, additives and solvent.
