PURPOSE: Provided are a decoration sheet which comprises a clear pattern with feeling of depth, thereby has excellent sight effects in beauty, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The decoration sheet comprises (a) a transparent film(2), which has a print-layer(10) on one side and an alignment print-layer(100) on the other side, and (b) a plastic base sheet(1). The decoration sheet may further comprise a surface-treatment layer(4) on the transparent film(2). Furthermore, the decoration sheet may comprise an emboss-treatment layer(3) on the surface-treatment layer(4). Particularly, the transparent film(2) in (a) is obtained by printing a predetermined pattern on one side of the transparent film(2) to prepare the print-layer(10) and printing the same pattern as in the print-layer(10) on the other side of the transparent film(2) to prepare the alignment print-layer(100).
