LCD HAVING THE MAXIMUM REFLECTIVE RATIO

PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to maximize a reflective ratio of upper and lower or left and right view angles by implementing a U-shape embossing pattern. CONSTITUTION: A gate wire(52) and a data wire(53) for defining a pixel region are formed crossly on an insulation substrate(51). A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is formed at the crossing point of the gate wire and the data wire. An insulation film is formed at the entire surface of the insulation substrate including the TFT. A U-shape embossing pattern(54) made of the first photo acryl film is formed alternately toward upper and lower directions with a constant distance. The second photo acryl film is formed on the insulation film having the U-shape embossing pattern. A reflective electrode(55) is formed on the second photo acryl film and electrically connected to the drain electrode of the TFT.
