A method of non-stick treatment for the surface of a hot melt adhesive consists of: preparing the adhesive in a mixer (1) at a temperature of 130-150 deg C; pumping the liquid adhesive out of the mixer to a cooling tank (4); lower the temperature of the adhesive to 65-85 deg C where it becomes a paste; simultaneously apply a pressure to the adhesive reaching 180 bar to allow its extrusion; transfer the adhesive to a distribution head (6) then to a dividing means, then packaging at the output of the successive adhesive blocks collected, individually in sealed sachets made from a thermoplastic polymer, particularly a polyolefin with a melting point higher than the adhesive temperature, rotatably about 80-100 deg C.
