PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for clean room, which prevents the leakage of air, not filtered and cleaned by a HEPA filter, into the clean room, by a method wherein the generation of air leak around the mounting part of a Pitot tube for measuring a low pressure is prevented. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner, in which a fan 4, a HEPA filter 7 and the like are received, a ventilating fan bulkhead 13 is formed between a ventilating fan chamber 3, provided with a fan 4, and a ventilating fan outlet chamber 5 while a filter bulkhead 14 is formed between a filter chamber 8, positioned at the outlet port side of the HEPA filter 7, and the ventilating fan chamber 3 respectively and a Pitot tube 11 for measuring a high pressure is installed so as to penetrate the ventilating fan bulkhead 13 and so as to be opened in a ventilating fan outlet chamber 5. On the other hand, another Pitot tube 12 for measuring a low pressure is installed so as to penetrate the filter bulkhead 14 and so as to be opened in the filter chamber 8 while both of the Pitot tubes 11, 12 are connected to a differential pressure detecting device. |
