PURPOSE: A hypocaust panel is provided to uniformly transfer heat from a hot water pipe to the upper face of an upper storage layer through a thermal conductor. CONSTITUTION: A hot water pipe(1) and a thermal conductor(2) are embedded between upper and lower storage layers(4,3) by contacting each other. The thermal conductor are inclined upward and installed symmetrically centering the hot water pipe. Heat from the hot water pipe is transferred to the upper face of the upper storage layer without a temperature declination.
