PURPOSE: Provided is a jelly typed patch for tooth whitening containing peroxides and tartar removal and preventing agents. It has jelly typed adhesive and is thus used easily by attaching to tooth. CONSTITUTION: The jelly typed patch for tooth whitening is characteristically composed of a film, adhesive coated on the film, a moistureproof paper where the adhesive is attached, wherein the adhesive comprises peroxides, peroxide stabilizing agent, tartar inhibitor, coat forming agent, coat protecting agent, humectant, and plasticizer.
