摘要 This invention is about a method to improve our everyday telephone which takes a big part of our daily life by making better changes in telephone ability. Every caller has their own individual voices. Soft-sound phone analysis the callers voice through the phone and keep the meaning of the conversation and adjust the accent which indicates the caller's personality so the caller's voice sounds soft and generous as if the voice tone is not over the specific limit. This soft-sound phone would make customers voice calmed which make employers in the call service less stressful. Soft-sound phone give receiver a choice to choose the soft sound phone ability if the other person on the phone speaks very fast and uses strong dialect, to hear other persons soft and calmed voice. The phone with soft-sound system tells the invisible caller the present intonation through a side tone, and it has a special ability to leads the caller to speak softly and gently.
