PURPOSE: A seal material dry apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel is provided to increase an adhesion force and simplify a dry process, thereby reducing a cost in the process. CONSTITUTION: A light illumination member(165) cures a light curing sealant(155) including light curing material. A moving member(157) moves a substrate(125) having the coated sealant. The light curing sealant is printed on the substrate for performing a bonding process. The light illumination member controls the wavelength and the intensity of illumination of light, and a process environment and illuminates a light, for example, an ultraviolet ray to the substrate having the coated sealant. The light illumination member also dries the surface of the light curing sealant.
