PURPOSE: A cooling device, an optical device thereof and a projector are provided to effectively cool down a cooled object by cooling the cooled object with two cooling systems. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device(5) has a frame(51) having a fan body(511) therein and a stand portion(52) on the frame. The frame and the stand portion are formed by thermal conductive materials. A cooled object(44) is fixed in the stand portion. Heat from the cooled object is conducted to the stand portion. The fan body in the cooling device cools by transferring cooling air to the cooled object. Thereby, the heat of the cooled object is cooled by the air blowing from the fan body and by transferring to a radiating portion of the cooling device at the same time.
