METHOD FOR CLEANING FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY TO REMOVE IMPURITIES FROM THE FIELD EMISSION DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A method of cleaning a field emission display is provided to remove impurities included in carbon nanotube after the carbon nanotube is formed as well as impurities generated during the carbon nanotube is formed, thereby securing efficiency of field emission. CONSTITUTION: A method of cleaning a field emission display using carbon nanotube as an electron emission source introduces ozone after the carbon nanotube is formed such that OH radical and impurities are combined according to optical decomposition of ozone due to ultraviolet rays to remove the impurities. The ultraviolet rays use a wavelength of 160nm to 260nm.
