PURPOSE: An assembling structure of a steering column fixing bracket is provided to cut down manufacturing cost, and to increase the productivity by assembling the steering column with the vehicle body simply. CONSTITUTION: Plural brackets(100,200) for fixing a steering column(300) to a vehicle body are composed of a flange(120) extended at both sides of the steering column supporting and rotating a steering shaft(350), and spaced from each other. The steering column is fastened to the vehicle body by combining a bolt with an assembling hole(121) of the flange. A fitting piece(150) is formed in the first bracket, protruded upward in the flange, fitted to a hole of the vehicle body and bent longitudinally to the steering shaft. The fitting piece is inserted to the hole, and supported by a projection protruded in the edge of the hole to turn the steering column axially.
