PURPOSE: A floating structure for fish farm whose foot plate assembly is composed of the wrinkled tube and the holding members is provided to minimize the component number, to largely improve the manufacturing condition by reducing the unnecessary working load, and to flexibly cope with the impact and shake caused by the waves. CONSTITUTION: The floating structure includes: a floating body, arranged in each determined position of the lower part; and a foot plate assembly(20). The foot plate assembly(20) comprises: a wrinkled tube(21) which has a long entire length, is made as a Corrugate section out of a synthetic resin so as to have a flexibility and strength at the same time, and arranged as a circular arc shape so as to have a demanded diameter size and width; and holding members(22), arranged at a regular interval in the circumferential direction so as to maintain and hold the arranged interval of the wrinkled tube(21). The foot plate assembly(20) is so arranged that one wrinkled tube(21) is wound as a circular arc shape from the inside to the outside of the set diameter size.
