PURPOSE: A method and a system for arranging transactions between a latent patent client and an attorney based on estimation request information generated from multistage selection/input through a bidding system are provided to enable the client to simply extract the proper attorney and receive diverse estimation information from the extracted attorneys. CONSTITUTION: An estimation arrangement server(400) includes a database(450) storing/managing attorney information such as a specialized field, an office address, contact information, and careers of the attorneys, an attorney extracting module, an attorney notification module, and a client notification module. A client terminal(200) inputs the estimation request information to the estimation arrangement server and receives bidding information through the network(100). An attorney terminal(300) receives estimation request information from the estimation arrangement server and inputs the bidding information to the estimation arrangement server.
