PURPOSE: An experimental kit for ion-reaction in a solution and a method of experiment using the same are provided to perform the quantitative or qualitative analysis of ion-reaction precisely and efficiently even using a small amount of solution, and to identify a plurality of ion-reactions at the same time and compare each other. CONSTITUTION: The experimental kit comprises a microburet(10) including a reagent-containing member(13) for containing an experimental reagent for ion-reaction of a solution and a microtube(15) for injecting and ejecting the reagent; and a reaction plate for performing ion-reaction, which is chemically stable. The reaction plate includes a reaction-identification table and a chemically-stable to the reagent and transparent cover for enveloping such table. Particularly, the microtube is heat-sealed for storage, the end of microtube is cut off when used.
