PURPOSE: To safely dispose of the inner needle of a used implant type needle without the possibility of injuring the person concerned or causing secondary infection. CONSTITUTION: An annular locking groove 11 is formed on the outer circumference of the point of an inner needle 6; a stopper 13 for elastically engaging with this locking groove 11 is inserted on the inner needle 6 movably in the axial direction, as is a protective cover 18 that holds the stopper 13 and that is provided at the tip end with a guard 22 against which the sharp point of the inner needle 6 is pushed. With the decannulation of the inner needle 6 from the cannula 2, the needle point is buried in the protective cover 18, and then, with the sharp point stuck against the guard 22 by pushing the inner needle 6, the protective cover 18 is fixed on the inner needle 6. |
