PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the management quality of a data recording medium by making data strings for reading the two data strings of a plurality of data strings in a card data recording medium different from data for reading the plurality of data strings and data for reading the other data strings. SOLUTION: A determination reference data string S1 detects the time of positioning a detector in the data string D1 of a recording medium. A determination reference data string S12 detects the time of positioning the detector between the data strings D1 and D2 . Similarly, thereafter, a determination reference data string S2 detects the time of positioning the detector in the data string D2 of the recording medium, and a determination reference data string S23 detects the time of positioning the detector between the data strings D2 and D3 . Thus, by comparing the read data strings with the determination reference data stings, the positioning of the detector in a target data string is easily detected. |
