摘要 PURPOSE: To provide high output even when a catalyst of an electrode is poisoned by lowering gas pressure in a gas exhausting path when drop in outputted voltage of a fuel cell is detected. CONSTITUTION: Output voltage of a fuel cell 10 is measured with a voltmeter 32 arranged in a fuel cell 10, and the concentration of CO is measured with a CO sensor set in a gas supply path 17 to the fuel cell 10. When drop in variation amount equal to or higher than a specified voltage is measured in output voltage and poisoning of a catalyst in an anode is detected from the concentration of CO measured with the CO sensor 30, gas pressure of fuel gas is lowered. A back pressure control valve 19 in an exhaust path 18 of reaction gas supplied to a catalyst carrying electrode is adjusted to lower gas pressure.
