PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for driving multiple driving drivers in a mobile terminal are provided to initialize a mobile terminal by reading a specific source code of a replaced element and compiling a corresponding driving driver. CONSTITUTION: A controller(310) reads a source code, namely, specific information, of a device(e.g., LCD)(328), from a memory of the device(328). The controller(310) selects a driving driver 'A'(312), among a plurality of driving drivers A-N(312-316), corresponding to the source code. The selected driving driver 'A'(312) compiles a corresponding driving program to initialize the device(328).
