PURPOSE: A method for enhancing a PLD agreement degree among processors in a mobile communication system is provided to effectively processing an operation and maintenance of a system by minimizing database disagreement and solving a problem of PLD disagreement. CONSTITUTION: When an increase/decrease installation command language is performed(S1), a BSM(Base Station Manager)(100) transmits the first request message to a BSC(Base Station Controller)(200)(S2). The BSC(200) transmits the request message to a BTS(Base station Transceiver Subsystem)(300)(S3). The BTS(300) stores a performing result of the first message in a temporary memory(S4) and transmits an ACK message to the BSC(200)(S5). The BSC(200) stores the performing result in the temporary memory(S6) and transmits the ACK message to the BSM(100)(S7). The BSM(100) stores the result in the temporary memory(S8) and transmits the second request message to the BSC(200)(S9). The BSC(200) transmits the second request message to the BTS(300)(S10) and updates a database of a CCP(Call Control Processor)(S11). The BTS(300) receives the second request message and updates a database of a BCP(BTS Control Processor)(S12). The BTS transmits an ACK message to the BSC(200)(S13). The BSC(200) transmits the ACK message to the BSM(100)(S14). The BSM(100) updates a database with the result reported through the ACK message(S15).
