<p>The invention relates to a method for detecting parameters characterizing the driving behavior of a vehicle, according to which at least one vehicle speed parameter, which represents at least one parameter (nu<SUB>y</SUB>) describing the lateral velocity, and/or a roadway parameter describing the quality and/or the course of the roadway is/are detected at least according to one parameter (a<SUB>x</SUB>) describing the longitudinal acceleration of the vehicle, a parameter (a<SUB>y</SUB>) describing the lateral acceleration of the vehicle, a parameter ({dot over (psi) describing the yaw rate of the vehicle, a parameter (delta, delta<SUB>Rad,i</SUB>) characterizing the steering lock of the steered wheels, and parameters (omega<SUB>Rad,i</SUB>) describing the rotation speeds of the vehicle wheels by means of an estimation method. A parameter (v<SUB>x</SUB>) describing ongitudinal velocity of the vehicle is detected as an additional vehicle speed parameter. A parameter (Theta) describing the longitudinal slope of the roadway, and/or a parameter (Phi) describing the transversal slope of the roadway, and/or a parameter (mu) describing the coefficient of friction of the roadway is/are detected as the roadway parameter.</p> |
