PURPOSE: A method of making composite seasonings by mixing and tabulating salt, a beef seasoning mix, refined sugar, glucose, onion powder and soy sauce is provided. The product is in the form of a tablet, convenient to use and does not become hardened easily after opening. CONSTITUTION: A seasoning mixture is granulated to a size of 0.1 to 1mm and tabulated under the pressure of 6 to 8kg/cm¬2 to give composite seasonings having a moisture content of 8% or less. The composite seasonings contain 25 to 30% by weight of purified salt, 20 to 25% by weight of L-sodium glutamate, 16 to 22% by weight of a beef seasoning mix, 6 to 8% by weight of refined sugar, 2 to 5% by weight of glucose, 2 to 5% by weight of onion powder and 2 to 5% by weight of soy sauce. The beef seasoning mix is prepared by mixing wheat starch and beef powder. |
