PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the opening and closing operation for a sealing body and reciprocating operation along the film transfer direction by one motor and realize the high speed driving. SOLUTION: A pair of rocking arms 16, and 16 connected together by a connecting member 17 is rotatably supported on respective both end frames 12, 12 separating away in the width direction. A seal assembly body 19 and a toggle mechanism 25 with a pair of sealing bodies 14 and 15 are provided on a fixed actuating shaft 18 fixed between a pair of connecting members 17, 17 to be separated in the width direction. An actuating means 26 and a rocking means 24 are provided on a drive shaft 31 supported on a mechanical frame 13. The driving shaft 31 is rotated by a servo motor 33 to rock the rocking arms 16, 16 by a rocking means 24 and a pair of sealing bodies 14 and 15 are reciprocating to move in the film transfer direction, and the toggle mechanism 25 is actuated by an actuating means 26 to move a pair of sealing bodies 14 and 15 to approach each other and separate them from each other. |
