PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the damage of tableware during an abnormal temperature in a containing part by switching the upper limit value of a set temperature during heat preservation operation and an abnormal temperature during control of protection operation according to a kind of the tableware contained in a containing part. SOLUTION: Based on detecting temperatures detected by first and second temperature sensors 32 and 34 disposed at the internal part of a thermal insulation casing 12, ON-OFF control is effected on electrical connection to a heater 30. The upper limit value of a variable set temperature T during heat preservation operation is switched to TL for a low temperature suitable for tableware made of resin or TH for a high temperature suitable for tableware made of a metal by a short circuit connect. An over increase preventing sensor 42 disposed at the internal part of the thermal insulation casing 12 detects an abnormal temperature, a stop of operation of a storage chamber 10 is controlled. A switching device 48 to switch an abnormal temperature to the GL for a low temperature suitable for tableware made of resin or the GH for a high temperature suitable fox tableware formed of a metal is disposed at a control box 46. |
