PURPOSE: A method and a system for individually expressing a receiver of a multi-receiver appointment E-mail by excluding other receivers are provided to display the E-mail to the receiver as if the E-mail is specially sent to the receiver by individually expressing the corresponding receiver. CONSTITUTION: Client computers(110-114,210-214) are interconnected with each other through the communication network(120) and write/send/receive the E-mail. Mail servers(220,230) transfer the E-mail by expressing the individual receiver as an appointed receiver in case that the receiver of the E-mail is appointed to multiple receivers. Mail databases(222,232) store subscription information of the client computer registered to the mail server and store E-mail contents transmitted/received to the client computer as data by equipping with an E-mail storing space allocated to each registered client computer.
