摘要 PURPOSE: A method of surface-treating a reactor member and a method of manufacturing a reactor member are provided to effectively remove a surface layer including a Cr depletion layer and a processing hardening layer so as to prevent a stress corrosion crack. CONSTITUTION: In a method for surface-treating a reactor member, a process hardening layer and a Cr depletion layer is formed by performing a bending process(s1) and a heat treatment process(s2) to a reactor member. One of acid cleaning, grinding, electrolytic polishing, discharge process, surface cutting, surface reduction and softening, wet blast and laser process, is employed so as to remove the process hardening layer and the Cr depletion layer from the reactor member.
