The assembly has a wheel unit (3) with a wheel (31) and a wheel axle that is coupled to the wheel so as to permit rotation of the wheel about the axle. The wheel has a rim, a wall and a mounting space defined within the rim. A vertical pivot shaft is placed on a pivot-mounting portion of a fixed seat. A wheel seat unit coupled to the wheel unit and shaft is rotatable about the shaft. The axle is journalled on the seat unit. The vertical pivot shaft extends in a central plane of the rim.
