PURPOSE: A composition for prevention and treatment of incontinence of urine is provided, thereby significantly reducing frequency of urine incontinence, increasing urethra shutting pressure, and improving regulation capacity of urethra sphincter of a patient suffering from urine incontinence. CONSTITUTION: The composition for prevention and treatment of incontinence of urine comprises 100 parts by weight of pumpkin seed oil or extract, 20 to 80 parts by weight of Rubus chingii Hu. extract, and 5 to 30 parts by weight of soybean isoflavone. The composition is formulated into soft capsule, pill, suspension, granule, tablet or liquid. It further contains at least one selected from additive, emulsifying agent, lubricant, gluing agent, sweetening agent, aromatic and vitamin. |
