Tension control is carried out by patient himself based on pain feeling changes. Then natural curvature of the vertebral column is restored and nervous roots compression is relieved by rolling the vertebral column over a roller. Traction is repeatedly applied, natural curvature of the vertebral column is restored by means of the roller brought in turn under lordoses and rolling patient back over the roller by changing patient body position relative to the device.
