PURPOSE: A roaming service enabling system, a roaming service enabling method and a roaming service enabling program are provided to allow a user to access desired contents or receive a desired service from an Internet access unit. CONSTITUTION: A profile memory unit(29) stores information of two or more types of terminals that can be used by users and profile information used for discriminating a transmission path corresponding to each terminal. A network controller(30) transmits data supplied from a service providing server to a selected terminal by matching the data with a transmission path corresponding to the terminal according to the profile information stored in the profile memory unit(29). An authentication unit(31) discriminates whether a user of the terminal is qualified to receive the corresponding service by using information supplied from the terminal to be used for authentication.
