PURPOSE: Provided is a fixing parasol with variously angled appearance, such as four, six and eight angles, according to assembly number of supporting arms. The cover is kept round and steady so that fluttering or noise does not happen. Assembly and dismantling are easy and a circular plate on main axis, which moves up and down, can be used as a chair as well. CONSTITUTION: The parasol comprises: A main axis(3) which stands upright and equipped, at top and bottom ends, with frenzies(2) of circular plate possessing various assembly holes(1,1'); circular plate arm frenzies formed, being separated top and bottom, and equipped with various connecting holes(4,4'); various support arms(10,10'), exist in a separated space of the arm frenzies, connect other end in a radial way and fix them and being inserted into the separated space of the arm frenzies is a revolving moving block(12) with insert hole(11) at one end; a multi-angled sunshade(20), corners of which are fixed and supported by top and bottom connected fixing plates(21); revolving up and down control axis(22) which is connected by hinge at one side of the fixing plates(21); a control nut(23) which fixes the control axis(22) after it is inserted into the insert hole(11) of a mobile block(12) and a middle part of the sunshade(20) being put on the top of the flange(2) of the main axis(3) so that the sunshade(20) and the top flange(2) are fixed simultaneously by a separate finishing plate(31) with various assembly holes(30,30').
