摘要 PURPOSE: A recombinant vector detecting benzoate and its derivatives, a transformant thereof, and a detecting method using the same are provided, thereby easily analyzing toxicity of benzoate and its derivatives, and evaluating restoration of the soil contaminated with polyaromatic hydrocarbons. CONSTITUTION: The recombinant vector detecting benzoate and its derivatives comprises a luminescence gene and a set of gene inducing the expression of the luminescence gene, wherein the gene set comprises a regulation gene nagR, and a promoter inducing the transcription of the luminescence gene by a protein NagR encoded by the regulation gene nagR; the promotor is a promoter of nag operon; the luminescence gene is gene luxCDABE; the recombinant vector is pNAG1 for transforming Escherichia coli and has a cleavage map shown in figure 1; and the Escherichia coli is Escherichia coli RFM 443. The transformant EBNAG1(KACC 91044) is produced by transforming Escherichia coli with the recombinant vector pNAG1. The method for detecting benzoate and its derivatives comprises reacting the transformant EBNAG1(KACC 91044) with a testing sample, and measuring the luminescence from the reaction.
