The present invention relates to the formulation of a biological insecticide that is obtained from a spore-crystal mixture of the Bacillus thuringiensis bacteria pertaining to the israelensis variety, which has biological activity and presents high residuality on larvae of diverse species of mosquitoes, such as Anopheles and Aedes, malaria and dengue vector insects. The aforementioned encapsulation formulation in which the mixture of three dyes is used allows the protein activity to be extended for at least 60 days long in natural conditions, being exposed to the sunlight; while both the non-encapsulated protein and the protein encapsulated with each individual dye, are denaturalized within a period of a few days to less than a month.
