NETWORK-BASED BUSINESS MODEL FOR SEEKING OUT PIRACY AND CORRECTLY SETTLING/MANAGING ROYALTY ON MANUFACTURER/DISTRIBUTION OF LICENSED GOODS USING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A network-based business model for seeking out piracy and correctly settling/managing royalty on manufacturer/distribution of licensed products using intellectual property is provided to seek out illegally duplicated goods infringing rights of a businessman manufacturing/distributing the license goods by using a goods serial number formed with numbers and characters. CONSTITUTION: A server provides a goods serial number input space to a goods buyer connected through the communication network. A registered goods serial number database is provided from the server. The first controller is generated by connecting to the server and is controlled by goods serial number input of the actual goods buyer. The second controller is generated in a state that the goods buyer connects to the server through the communication network and performs interaction on cyber space provided from the server after the goods serial number is inputted. An interface is used for the interaction of the first and the second controller controlled by the goods serial number input of the goods buyer.
