PURPOSE: A fluff electric remover is provided to simply and effectively remove fluff from an arm, leg or face of a woman using two pairs of nippers, without cutting the fluff. CONSTITUTION: The fluff electric remover includes a fixing shaft(4) with both ends thereof fixed to left and right inner walls of a head cap, a pair of nippers(5a,5b) formed with a pin hole(53) and receiving a washer(5c), and a spacer(6) having a pin selectively inserted into the pin hole and a pin groove(62) with a flange(65) formed. A nipper supporting plate(7a) is provided with a pin groove receiving an end of the pin of the spacer adjacent to a follower gear(10) and a pin inserted into the pin groove of the spacer, and has a clutch corresponding to a clutch(101) of the follower gear. A nipper supporting plate(7b) is displaced opposite to the nipper supporting plate.
