PURPOSE: A flat panel color display device is provided to maintain a perfect vacuum state in a tube regardless of a thermal shock or inward shock by forming an adhesion portion which is thicker than a ventilating tube. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel color display device includes a front glass, a rear glass, a ventilating hole, and a ventilating tube(115). The ventilating hole is formed on a surface of a vacuum vessel for enclosing the front glass and the rear glass using a frit glass. The ventilating tube is adhered to the ventilating hole using the frit glass to form a vacuum inside the ventilating tube. The ventilating tube includes a straight tube(115a), an adhesion portion(115b), and a ventilating inlet(115c). The adhesion portion is formed to have a predetermined thickness on a terminal of the tube. The ventilating inlet is formed on a bottom of the adhesion portion. The adhesion portion has a planar shape and is formed to be thicker than the tube.
