PURPOSE: A health supplementary food containing evening primrose oil including γ-renolenic acid, soybean extract including phytoestrogen, seaweed calcium, pomegranate powder, red clover, saint johns wort, fermented products of the aleurone layer as a main component is provided. It has effects of improving cholesterol, preventing skin aging, and osteoporosis, improving cardiovascular disease and promoting blood circulation and thus is suitable for climacteric woman. CONSTITUTION: The health supplementary food includes 40 to 70% by weight of evening primrose oil, 10 to 20% by weight of soybean extract, 1 to 5% by weight of seaweed calcium, 1 to 5% by weight of pomegranate powder, 1 to 5% by weight of red clover, 0.5 to 5% by weight of saint johns wort and 0.5 to 5% by weight of fermented products of the aleurone layer. It also contains 5 to 20% by weight of one or more components selected from casein phosphopeptide, vitamins, nicotinic acid amide, ferrous gluconate, magnesium hydroxide, kelp, lecithin, bee wax, polysorbate, natural tocopherol and L-carnitine, based on the total weight of the food.
