A novel method for processing feed, coarse feed and fermented materials, which main characteristic is adding a certain amount of water to materials of from about 9% to 60% as well as artificial nitrogen; then placing the same within a pressure pot, thereby adding to the materials saturated steam. The process consists in maintaining the temperature of from about 140 degree C to 220 degree C for a period of from about 0 to 40 minutes. Then, the disclosure consists in adding compressed air or saturated steam to the same until the pressure is raised of from about 6 to 40 kg/cm2; finally the relief valve is opened to spray processed material as processed feed or other fermented product.
