METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PIPE LINING MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR PARTIALLY REPAIRING CONDUIT USING THIS LINING MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing conduit lining material for partial repair of a conduit and a process for partially repairing the conduit using this material is provided to attach the conduit lining material onto the wall surface on the conduit to prevent underground water from penetrating into repairing parts on the conduit. CONSTITUTION: A welding film(10) of a double sided non-woven fabric is applied on the outer surface of the pipe shaped resin absorbent material(20). A vacuum pump discharges air from the inside of the pipe shaped resin absorbent material to impregnate hardening resin from one side of the pipe shaped resin absorbent material to form conduit lining material(30). Putty is applied onto the welding film, which is the outer surface of the conduit lining material. A pressure bag is inserted into the conduit to be repaired, and then the conduit lining material is inserted into the conduit and moves to the repaired portion. On applying the pressure into the pressure bag, the conduit lining material is closely attached onto the wall surface of the conduit. Heat is supplied into the pressure bag to harden the hardening resin on the lining material.
