摘要 PURPOSE: A jig device for fixing a material with a serration is provided to reduce the errors of a robot by absorbing the load of the robot when the material is inserted into an incorrect position. CONSTITUTION: A jig device(10) for fixing a material with a serration is composed of a jig(12) installed at the front end of a spindle(1) and chucking the material with the serration, a plurality of guide posts(14) installed at the front face of the jig, a moving plate(16) fit movably into the guide posts, and springs(18) installed at the outer circumference of the guide posts. A serration is formed at the inner surface of the circumference of the moving plate. The springs keep the jig at a predetermined distance from the moving plate, and absorb shock when the material with the serration is inserted into an incorrect position. A screw unit is formed at the end of the guide post penetrating through the moving plate, and prevents the moving plate from being separated from the guide post.
