PURPOSE: An underwater storage warehouse for fermented food products designed to be placed in the seashore in which the tides ebb and flow to maintain the inside temperature at a constant level is provided. Therefore, the fermented food products always maintain optimum curing conditions. CONSTITUTION: The underwater storage warehouse for fermented food products comprises: a storage part(10) placed at the position of the seashore in which the tides ebb and flow; a water gate(20) installed at the entrance of the storage part to permit the entry or exit of seawater; earth and sand(30) filled around the storage part to maintain the inside temperature at a constant level; a storage jar(40) having a cover mounted with a check valve permitting gas generated therewithin to exit and outside seawater not to enter; and gravel(50) filled around the storage jar.
