PURPOSE: A particle removing device for an information storage device and a lamp comprising the particle removing device are provided to change pressure of a flowing air formed on a surface of a disk by a disk rotation, thereby effectively removing particles attached to the surface of the disk. CONSTITUTION: A lamp(300) comprises as follows. A fixing part(310) is fixed to a base plate of a hard disk drive by screws(312) or other unit. The fixing part(310) is adjacent to an external edge portion of a disk(20). Pressurizing plates(330) are used for removing particles attached to a surface of the disk(20), and are overlapped with an upper side and a lower side of the disk(20), respectively, by being extended toward the disk(20) from the fixing part(310).
