A filter unit has a body (1) fixed on existing grilles inside the apartment. It includes an inlet and outlet (2, 2a), a first magnetized wire mesh with its north pole at the inlet, a second magnetized wire mesh with its north pole at the outlet. This creates an intervening magnetic field (5). A filter of synthetic fibers (6) is in the upper part. A second section (7) is used for fastening the filter and meshes (3, 4).
