JAM JIG FOR MAKING HORIZON MEASUREMENT AND PERPENDICULAR MEASUREMENT EASY IN ELEVATOR JAM INSTALLATION AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING JAM

PURPOSE: A jam jig for elevator jam installation and a method for installing a jam are provided to easily measure the horizon and perpendicularity and to reduce work hours. CONSTITUTION: A jam jig comprises a cross bar(1) having a left and right horizon measurement level meter(3) and a forward and backward measurement level meter(4) and two vertical bars(10) placed vertical to the cross bar. The vertical bars consist of two jig bodies(11,12). One jig body is movably assembled with the cross bar, and the other jig body is connected with the jig body via a pin(13). A ruler(20) is installed between vertical grooves(21,22) of the other jig body. A graduator(27) and an iron protractor(28) are rotatably installed in a bolt(26) of a bracket(23) assembled with the upper portion of the other jig body.
