NON-WOVEN FABRIC REDUCING FIBER DENSITY AND IMPROVING FLEXIBILITY AND APERTURE RATE

PURPOSE: Non-woven fabric is characterized by straining the fabric and reducing density of fiber, drawing the fiber on two axes to improve aperture rate and flexibility, recovering elasticity of the fiber and increasing quality. CONSTITUTION: Non-woven fabric having low fiber density is obtained by: drawing the non-woven fabric in a first axis to strain fiber; and drawing the non-woven fabric in a second axis to relax the fiber. The non-woven fabric is obtained by: drawing the non-woven fabric in the second axis while shrinkage of an opposite axis of the drawing axis is controlled; and then relaxing the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric is obtained by: necking the non-woven fabric in the first axis to strain the fiber; and necking the non-woven fabric in the second axis to relax the fiber. The non-woven fabric is obtained by: drawing the non-woven fabric in the first axis while shrinkage of the second axis is controlled; and then relaxing the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric is useful for a disposable diaper, a disposable sanitary napkin, an animal mat, a disposable wet towel, clothes, disposable clothes, a disposable working garment and a sleeping bag.
