The process involves simultaneously forming a 2D image from characteristics parameters for each of scanning planes in an object to measure acquisitions of the planes. A 3D data matrix representing the parameters in an absolute 3D reference is stored. An echographic 3D representation of the object is formed by processing the data of the matrix, modified by scanning of the planes. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a process for echographic images production of an object.
