DENTAL ETCHANT COMPOSITION WHICH IS APPLIED TO BOTH ENAMEL AND DENTIN

PURPOSE: Provided is a dental etchant composition which is applied to both enamel and dentin. The composition is composed of high purity water, organic phosphate solution, natural polysaccharide, surfactant and inorganic matters. CONSTITUTION: The dental etchant composition is characterized by containing 1-50 wt.% of organic phosphate solution, 0.01-15 wt.% of natural polysaccharide, 0.01-20 wt.% of surfactant selected from the group consisting of Span 20, 40, 60, 80, 83, 85 and Tween 20, 40, 60, 80, 85, 0.01-20 wt.% of inorganic matters selected from the group consisting of silicate and silica and the balance of high purity water. It further contains 0.0005-1 wt.% of coloring agent.
